Supervision
Since 1991 Margaret has specialised in providing quality supervision to a wide range of professional practitioners. Currently, she mostly supervises supervisors, team leaders and managers.Margaret offers face-to-face supervision in Christchurch and Brisbane.
Telephone supervision can also be arranged for people in other centres.Margaret offers an initial free, no-obligation meeting which takes approximately half to three quarters of an hour. This gives both Margaret and the prospective supervisee a chance to assess whether they will be able to work well together.
Following that meeting, if they decide to work together, the first session is spent negotiating a thorough working agreement or contract.
Margaret usually expects to meet the manager of the organisation her supervisees work for, and to work out a 3- way contract between the organisation, the supervisee and herself.
