SUPERVISOR TRAINING - COURSE 1
A Reflective and Developmental Approach
This course provides everything both new and experienced supervisors need to know to provide excellent supervision. It focusses on the "how" of supervision rather than the "what" i.e we together answer the question "What am I supposed to actually DO when I"m supervising?"
If you have ever felt that you were supervising by the "seat of your pants", been unsure whether you were meeting your supervisee's needs, or questioned your competence as a supervisor, this is the course for you!
You will learn:
A comprehensive handbook is provided for each participant
3 days 9 - 3.30 either consecutively or 2 days with 1 day following 3-4 weeks later.
