SUPERVISOR TRAINING - COURSE 2

This workshop is suitable for anyone who has current or previous experience of supervising and who has attended Course 1. We build on the models and ideas introduced in Course 1 and learn some new approaches to supervision. The course will be enjoyable,interactive, and practice-based.
The course provides some useful frameworks which help when we are finding a supervisee a bit more challenging than usual. 

• An opportunity to revise the learning from Course 1
• Cultural supervision (New Zealand courses. (Presenter to be advised)
• Strengths-based supervision
• Dealing with blocks in supervision
• Developmental and Process models
• Unconscious processes in supervision

3 day workshop in New Zealand: 9-3.30 each day.
2 day workshop in Australia: 9-4.30
