This course is suitable for both new and experienced supervisors who want to learn about models and frameworks of supervision, and to extend and improve their supervision skills.
This workshop is suitable for anyone who has current or previous experience of supervising and who has attended Course 1. We build on the models and ideas introduced in Course 1 and learn some new approaches to supervision. The course will be interactive, practice-based, and fun.

Dealing with ethical decision–making, ethical dilemmas and ethical breaches is one of the toughest challenges a supervisor has to face. In this day and age it is more important than ever that supervisors are equipped to confidently and constructively handle difficult ethical conversations with supervisees.
This course will provide supervisors, & supervisors of supervisors, with the tools they need to maximise the benefits of supervision of supervision; to focus on the process of supervision, supervisory interventions & style. It will significantly contribute to making supervisors’ supervision a journey of learning and discovery.
